About Meira:

Meira is our newest addition and we are so excited to see the promise in this little dog. At 3 months she is already holding point and demonstrating a very birdy nature. She has a temperament that steals your heart too. Meira means "light" in Hebrew and she has indeed brought a new light to our household. We can't wait to watch her fulfill her potential. April 8, 2007- Meira completed her Junior Hunter title with scores of 9s and 10s! June 2007- It looks like we have another dual quality dog! Meira took 3rd in the Open puppy stake at the Reno Walking field trial on June 9th and then won her first 2 show points at the Butte County Kennel club show on the 16th. She is on her way in both arenas! June 30, 2007, Meira went Best of Breed from the classes. We are so proud! June 5, 2008, Meira finished her championship by winning a 4 point major at the Woofstock Cluster supported entry. She then went on to beat the #1 and #2 GSP in the country by going Best of Opposite-Sex. Carol Chadwick handled her for both of her majors. They make a good team. She is just about ready for Senior Hunter so stay tuned...
